Cult Beauty to donate £40,000 to Beauty Backed Trust
September 2, 2021

Last week, Cult Beauty launched their Christmas Advent Calendar and will be donating £40,000 from the sales of the calendar to the Beauty Backed Trust!

Our beauty industry is an ecosystem that not only generates nearly £30bn a year for the British economy, but also supports millions of people all over the country with jobs, products and services that do much more than just make us ‘pretty’. This industry has been impacted by COVID disproportionally to the risk it posed, and we felt — asa team who were allowed to keep working — that we wanted to donate a proportion of our advent calendar sales to the Beauty Backed Trust to recognise and support those who were not. Beauty Backed is a trust dedicated to our industry, to supporting our fellow experts, creatives, practitioners and business owners as they rebuild their lives post-COVID and beyond, and Cult Beauty is proud to support and highlight this cause.

Alexia Inge, Co-Founder andCo-CEO of Cult Beauty

This donation, generosity and support from Cult Beauty is hugely appreciated by the Beauty Backed Trust and all of the funds will be used to support the Grant Programme, launching later this year.

The Grant Programme will provide additional support to those in the beauty industry or those wanting to enter the beauty industry who have been affected by the Covid-19 pandemic.

Once again, the Beauty BackedTrust would like to thank Cult Beauty for their continued support and generous donation to help to those in the industry most affected by the Covid-19pandemic.
