I am a Makeup Artist based in Renfrewshire, Scotland and do freelance/bridal work in the surrounding areas. I specialise in soft glam which is perfect for bridal, mature clients and enhancing someone's natural beauty. I occasionally work at fitness fashion shoots with photographers which I absolutely love. I first attended an Introduction to Fashion Makeup Evening Course for 8 weeks for basic skills in 2016. I then applied for Makeup Artistry at West College Scotland - Clydebank Campus at the end of 2016. I studied this course for 3 years. I got my makeup qualification & graduated in September 2019 with my Higher Diploma. In December 2019, I won “Best Makeup Artist” at the Renfrewshire Business Awards. This meant that I qualified for the Scotland’s Business Awards Grand Final 2020 to compete against other businesses around the region which I made it to the Top 13 for the Makeup Artist Category.

Around 14 years ago, I briefly trained in bridal makeup but at that point, didn't have the time to take it on as a full time career. Fast forward a few years and after a lot of self-taught practice, I decided to undertake a qualification in Professional Makeup Artistry. I have a keen interest in both Bridal and Editorial makeup looks and gain experience whenever an opportunity arises. I truly believe that what you get from makeup isn't just bold or subtle lips or striking or smokey eyes, it's the way makeup makes you feel that is key. My aim is to help make you feel your best on your special day because after all, it's all about you!
